This is a strong fermenter according to many winemakers. My sense is that it is a strong grower, not necessarily a strong fermenter. So, any excess DAP will cause this yeast to form sulfides.

Mark Lyon of Sebastiani says " Fermivin is an open and close industrial fermenter. Great for finishing fermentations, this is a strong yeast product, but I do not recommend its use for fruit with raisins."
Domenica Totty of Beaulieu Vineyards says, "This product is our primary red fermenter, and we use it every year."
